Humane Society of Sarasota County 2006 Adoptathon |
| On Saturday June 3rd 2006 the Humane Society of Sarasota County held their annual adoptathon. The title of this years annual event was, "The Used Barking Lot" Adoptions started at 9:00 am and ran until 10:00 pm. Over 70 animals found new homes and families. The day was filled with good food, venders of animal related products, pet therapy animals and many generous adoptors as well as HSSC volunteers. Cathy and Karli Wilbanks were on hand with their pet therapy Lamas, Gregg and JoAnn Kielmar of the Greg Kielmar Racing Team were there with their race car, to support this wonderful event.
