Hello,

My name is Julie Stalnaker and I'm a Residential Real Estate Specialist; a Realtor. I'm extremely knowledgeable in the sale, purchase, and construction of residential real estate. I work in the Sarasota, Manatee, and Venice areas and would like to have the opportunity to help you market your current home, or purchase a new home. I have been in Real Estate since the early 90's. I have gone beyond the basic real estate licensing education required. I have specialized in residential real estate by obtaining my  Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Florida Real Estate Brokers License. I'm also a graduate of Ohio State University. 

I'm married to a retired Army pilot / Columbus (Ohio) Police Officer. We have three kids, all enrolled in the Sarasota Public School system;  Middle and High schools. I volunteer in the community. As a mother, wife, and Realtor I am very familiar with the Sarasota community on many different levels.
